STUDIO ACCESS & LOCK UP PROCEDURES
ACCESS
There are 2 locks on the main door. A dead lock and handle lock.
First unlock the dead lock
Second, unlock the door handle, you will need to leave the key in the handle as you push down on the lever to enter.
Peg back the main door on the latch. (if you don’t and the door blows shut it will automatically lock.
If the dead lock is sticky lean on the door as you turn the key.

LIGHTS
Foyer & warm up room lights
The main lights are located next to the roller door near the entry to the stair well.
You will find 2 light switches. Labelled Main light and Flood Light.
Switch on the Main lights switch if you need light in the Foyer and warm up room.
ALWAYS CHECK THE FLOOD LIGHT IS KEPT OFF AT ALL TIMES

Studio 1 lights are located next to the Stereo.
Please switch all power points off before leaving the premises and locking up.
STUDIO 2 & 3 LIGHTS
Studio 2 & 3 lights are located next to the door as you enter the studio.
Please switch all power points off before leaving the premises and locking up.
TOILETS & WARM UP ROOM
There are 2 toilets, 1 disabled. Both toilets are unisex. Toilets are located in the” Warm up” Room.
Extra toilet paper can be found in each toilet. Excess toilet paper is kept in the cleaning cupboard, located in the foyer.

KITCHEN FACILITIES
Kitchen has the following:
Fridge - Microwave - Kettle - Urn
If you need the kettle please unplug the Microwave cord. The Refrigerator cord is white. Please check labels on cords before unplugging.
All foods must be removed from the premises at the end of the hire period.

LOCKING UP AT END OF HIRE
- Make sure all lights are switched off including the toilets.
- Switch off all fans.
- Switch off all air conditioning units.
- Make sure the Refrigerator is still plugged-in.
- Switch off stereos at the power point if hired.
- Switch off Piano and place Piano cover in the Piano if included in hire.
- Place any rubbish in the rubbish bin located in the foyer and empty the bin into the wheelie bin outside the premise.
